While we would be glad to answer any questions you have here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Hours:
We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Please note our phones do shut off at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Do we sell to the public?
This is a two part answer. Since we are a wholesaler we can not sell to an individual without a Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number. If you live outside of Texas you can set up either a wholesale account or retail account.

Can I set up an account? 
In order to set up an account if in Texas you must have a Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number for a screen printing, embroidery or some type of embellishment business. A Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number is 11 digits, we cannot use an EIN number. The website to apply for a Texas Sales & Use Tax permit number is https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/permit/

Once I sign up how soon can I order?
Once you have signed up you are good to start ordering immediately. 

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
We ask for at least 2 hours to process orders. We will not be able to fill any walk in orders after 2:30 p.m. Please note that if you do walk in to place an order if possible we will fill it while you wait but due to increased orders we may ask that you come back. If you place your order after 5 p.m. please plan on picking up around 10 a.m. the following business day. If your order is being shipped please place your order by 3:00 p.m. CST to guarantee same day shipping. 

Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with an accompanying invoice. Shipping errors must be reported within 5 business days and corrections will be made using the original shipping option. Due to the storing conditions for vinyl and screen printing supplies we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your vinyl and supplies before you leave to make sure you ordered the right product.

What if my garment has a hole or stain?
If the garment is printed we cannot replace it, but if the hole/stain was caught before printing we are happy to exchange the garment or issue a credit.
