          Lubbock Screen Printers Unite is a group on Facebook created by Coby Colley from Local Legends Print Factory as a resource tool for fellow screen printers and apparel decorators.

          We hope it can be a place where friendly discussions can take place around all areas of 'print life'. Maybe you are printing a job on a Saturday and run out of purple ink....this could be a great place to look for a friend! Have you ever struggled with a technical issue and almost thrown your squeegees through a window? Maybe you are ready to upgrade some equipment and it would be nice to sell some of your used equipment locally so you don't have to worry about shipping it somewhere. This could be a great forum for all of those things!

    (On the other hand...this is not a place for bashing other companies or getting overly competitive. Lets be friends.)

    While we would be glad to answer any questions you have here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.

    We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Please note our phones do shut off at 4:00 p.m. CST.

    Do we sell to the public?
    This is a two part answer. Since we are a wholesaler we can not sell to an individual without a Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number. If you live outside of Texas you can set up either a wholesale account or retail account.

    Can I set up an account? 
    In order to set up an account if in Texas you must have a Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number for a screen printing, embroidery or some type of embellishment business. A Texas Sales & Use Tax Id number is 11 digits, we cannot use an EIN number. The website to apply for a Texas Sales & Use Tax permit number is

    Once I sign up how soon can I order?
    Once you have signed up you are good to start ordering immediately. 

    How long will it take for my order to be ready?
    We ask for at least 2 hours to process orders. We will not be able to fill any walk in orders after 2:30 p.m. Please note that if you do walk in to place an order if possible we will fill it while you wait but due to increased orders we may ask that you come back. If you place your order after 5 p.m. please plan on picking up around 10 a.m. the following business day. If your order is being shipped please place your order by 3:00 p.m. CST to guarantee same day shipping. 

    Return Policy
    All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with an accompanying invoice. Shipping errors must be reported within 5 business days and corrections will be made using the original shipping option. Due to the storing conditions for vinyl and screen printing supplies we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your vinyl and supplies before you leave to make sure you ordered the right product.

    What if my garment has a hole or stain?
    If the garment is printed we cannot replace it, but if the hole/stain was caught before printing we are happy to exchange the garment or issue a credit.

    Special orders are now easier than ever with the online fillable PDF form. Just fill in and submit. Please be sure to fill out all fields.

    Account history also has a few great changes to make keeping up with your orders easier. On the account information page all of the basic accounting information is listed.


    You will notice on the product pages that there are now links that provide extra information for your convenience. 

  • How to Place a Special Order

    Here are a few important rules regarding special orders:

    • All special orders must be prepaid.

    • Special orders are non-returnable.

    • The turn around time for special orders is 3-4 business days.

    • The deadline for special orders is 1:30 p.m. CST. All orders placed after the deadline will be processed the following business day.

    • Most orders over $200 will ship free freight. Please note there are exceptions on certain brands.

    • Orders under $200 will have a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

    • Brands such as Next Level, Gildan, A4 & Bella can be shipped to us and then picked up saving you the freight. Please note if choosing to do this it could take longer.
